Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment service. It was nice speaking with you today. I started by inspecting the basement where we saw signs of rat activity. I placed four rat traps in the basement. Your tenant mentioned that the drain to the basement was an easy access point which he blocked off ever since. During my inspection, I did not see many if any at all entry points into the basement for rats. I placed a large rodent bait station behind the house to monitor and control the rodent population. I also treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect.
