Good afternoon Jean. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of yellow jacket activity. We treated the two areas of yellow jacket activity with a liquid residual insecticide. This treatment may take 7-10 days to reach its maximum effectiveness. We inspected the interior and addressed your concerns of mice activity. We added a mouse bait stations under the sink to help monitor and control any activity. We did notice some standing water in the basement and recommend eliminating that standing water to help prevent pest activity. We inspected the exterior of the home to find no obvious visible entry points for rodents. We placed an exterior rodent bait station on the rear of the home to help monitor control any rodent activity on the exterior. Then we treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects.
