Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations and both showed minimal activity. I replenished stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. Carefully avoiding packages and other personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting general/seasonal pests that may try to enter this time of year.
