Good morning Austin, my name is Ryan and it was nice to meet you all! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting the basement and disposing of multiple old dead mice in snap traps, as well as old bait stations and bait. Next, I added our bait stations in the crawl space on either side and heading into the crawl space. I added a few more snap traps around the crawl space for addition coverage. I then went into the crawl space from the living room and disposed of a couple more dead mice and old bait. I added two additional bait stations in that crawl space as well as snap traps. I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants and general pests in the upstairs bathroom and third floor patio and baseboards. The interior and exterior I found no signs of termite activity, but I did add four exterior termite monitors to be checked at every service. I noticed one entry point from wires into the garage that I plugged with copper mesh and one burrowing hole lead
