Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by treating the patient rooms with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I then moved onto the basement area. I inspected around the storage room and could not find any small black bugs at this time. I did treat the entirety of the basement/breakroom. I treated the upstairs office area as well. Aside from treatment I placed an ant bait station in the office by the reception area. I also placed aunt gel above the motion sensor in the break room. An outside treatment around windows and doors was not done due to the rain. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the treatments full effect.
