I placed out 2 large rodent bait (1 on each side of home) and 7 mouse bait stations ( basement- 2 in crawl space, 2 on floor, attic- 1 at top of stairs on right and 1 in each wall void). Suggest you call the office for a 2 week mouse follow up. I applied a liquid residual solution to exterior of home for ants and general pests. Treatment can take 2 or more weeks to control an existing ant population. We use non-repellent insect controls for ants, which will not prevent ants, therefore requires contact and will address the colony. For the quarterly service, we will install 4 termite monitors near the exterior corners of your home after you finish landscaping.
