Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations in the shed, garage and along sill plate in basement all showing no activity. The three exterior bait stations showed minimal activity overall. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I also replaced old glue boards around perimeter of basement showing spider and beetle activity. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of the garage, unfinished area of basement and door trim leading to lower deck. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows, deck and under deck. This is targeting general pests trying to enter this time of year.
