I installed termite bait stations to the perimeter of detached garage and home. Ants were active around the home. I applied a liquid residual to the exterior perimeter. Allow a week or two for control of ants. I treated the areas of concern at the porch for the wasps you were seeing. We will be back in 30 days for your next service.
