I inspected throughout the interior and exterior of the home for evidence of termites and found none. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the home. I also placed three ant bait arenas on the kitchen counter with gel bait added inside them. I added a total of four mouse bait stations to the basement and kitchen as well. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also sealed any gaps I found around the home with copper mesh to prevent rodent entry. I placed two large rodent bait stations on the exterior as well. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
