Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the kitchen and dining room. I found some ants crawling around in the kitchen by the counters. I placed some ant gel in this area. I checked the upstairs bathroom and found no ants at this time, however, I did place some ant gel on the windowsill. I did find ants in the bedroom window and I placed more gel here as well. I then treated these areas with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. During my exterior inspection, I found ants crawling around on the bedroom window side of the house in and around the Ivy. I treated the exterior foundations with a different liquid residual for ants. It is recommended that the ivy be trimmed back at least a foot away from the house to help with the ant issue. Please allow two weeks for the treatment full effect. As a reminder the first quarterly technician will be here in a month. However if you have any issues, please reach out to the office. Thank you
