Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the basement. I found no signs of pests, however, I did find a dead mouse behind the refrigerator. I removed the mouse and placed a bait station between the refrigerators. I treated around the basement with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I then inspected the living room areas where the flying ant were seen. I found some gaps on the baseboard where they are probably entering from. I placed gel bait in these areas, and I treated the areas with the liquid residual. I treated the patio area as well. During my exterior inspection, I noticed and removed three paper wasps nest from the garage. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity. As a reminder first quarterly technician will be here in a month.
