Hello, today I serviced your property for mice and ants. I inspected the interior and found mouse droppings in the basement and laundry room. I placed rodent bait stations in each of these areas. I also removed a dead mouse from the basement. I recommend having a contractor look at it to I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior perimeter along the foundation. I found ants trailing into the corner of the house where activity was reported, I placed gel bait in this area. Please allow 10-14 days for the treatment to take effect.
