Good afternoon. It was a pleasure speaking with both of you today. Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service. I applied a non repellent treatment to the interior baseboards in the basement, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and office areas. While inspecting the basement we noticed a mouse running through the joyce area in the utility room. I placed a mouse bait station on the sill above the wall on the far right side. I also placed a station above the furnace on the right side. I placed another mouse bait station in the closet under the steps over the blue wires. Then I installed 4 termite monitors on each corner of the home to check for possible termite activity. Lastly I applied a non repellent treatment to the exterior foundation of the home to help control any general pest that may try and enter the house.
