I checked the termite bait stations and found no activity at this time. I checked the basement and crawlspace and found no activity at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. I found a dirt floor in the crawlspace. Installing a vapor barrier on the floor will prevent moisture from entering the house. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your home.
