Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started inside, where I treated the basement for ants and placed bait stations to monitor ant activity. In the crawlspace I placed 2 mouse bait stations and 2 glue boards to monitor spider and mouse activity. On the exterior of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed rodent bait stations on either side of the home to monitor future rodent activity. I placed 4 termite monitors on every corner of the home to make sure we can monitor any termite activity before any further damage occurs. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. We will be back in 30-45 days for your first quarterly service.
