After my inspection, I determined to place five mouse base stations on the interior of your home. One under the sink. One behind the stove. One in the basement in the back room on the floor in the hole in the wall. Another over top the door where the hot water heater is. One in the windowsill over top of the washer and dryer. I also installed two large rodent stations on the exterior of your home. I also installed four termite monitoring stations as we discussed. Additionally, I removed all spiderwebs from the exterior of your home and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. We will follow up with service again with you in 30 days. After which we will service you on a quarterly basis. We ask that
