Sorry I missed you today during your quarterly inspection/service. However, today during my inspection on the exterior of the home are located your rodent stations which showed minimal signs of activity. However, I did replenish the material inside to continue controlling and monitoring for rodents. I did take notice that the mulch is up too high on the front left corner of the house. This is dangerous because rodents can trail down behind the mulch, which could give them access to the insulation directly behind the siding if they try hard enough. I do recommend exposing at least 2 inches of the foundation wall to cut back on this activity if there is any. I do also recommend taking a look at the conduit on the left side of the house and sealing this up even though it’s parallel with the ground mice can run along those wires and run right into that white PVC conduit that goes right into the side of the house.
