Good afternoon, it was nice seeing you today. Today I completed the quarterly service. I inspected the rodent bait stations in the basement and they showed no signs of activity. The exterior rodent bait station showed heavy activity. I put fresh bait in all stations. I removed visible cobwebs to reduce spider activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment if you have any other pest issues, please contact our office.
