I placed six rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the crawlspace in the basement to monitor and control mice activity. I applied a liquid residual throughout the basement and garage to target spiders and other general pests. I utilized the exterior rodent bait stations that were on the property and added fresh bait to them to continue to monitor rodent activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of the house and garage to target ants, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of his treatment. I also treated the yellow jacket nest in the pillar with a non-repellent solution, activity should dissipate within 3 to 5 days.
