No termite activity was found interior and exterior, but added 3 termite monitors to be checked at every service. There were mice droppings in the ceiling and you noticed some under the couch and behind the stove. I added mouse bait stations under the stove, above door in laundry room, utility closet, behind couch basement, storage closet and drop ceiling above American flag sign. These stations will help to monitor and control the rodent population! On the exterior I showed you possible entry points with the window you were getting fixed and the foundation line by the window. Recommend having them sealed up as soon as possible to prevent pest and rodent entry.
