Good morning Adam, my name is Ryan and today I completed your initial premium plus pest service. First, I inspected for any termite activity and none was found at this time. I did install 4 termite monitors in the exterior to be checked every service. Next, I went into the garage and noticed droppings from mice, so I added two bait stations by the garage doors and one by the door into the home. I also found a hole in the corner by the door that I was able to plug up with copper mesh to prevent entry. I added two mouse bait stations in the back bedroom where activity has been observed. I then went into the basement and sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders and general invader pests around the back utility room and basement baseboards.
