Good afternoon Dennis, it was good to see you again! Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first inspecting the property for any termite activity. I did not currently find any termite activity in the exterior and property. Next, I checked the garage bait stations and they showed no activity in them! I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants in the front entry way and living room. On the exterior I checked all the rodent bait stations and they showed moderate feeding, but I did replenish each with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation, windowsills and eaves.
