I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any termite activity or damage and for any pest or rodent activity or entry points. No visible termite damage on the exterior or interior of your home or your detached garage and above apartment at this time. Visible rodent activity in attic space above main home, I removed one deceased rat from a rodent trap. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution underneath the sink and around the front door of the apartment above the garage. I applied a liquid non-deponent solution to the exterior foundation of your home and detached garage to combat ants and other seasonal pest. I inspected rodent bait station already behind garage, it was empty and has now been replenished. Two additional rodent bait stations were added behind the main home, one behind the air conditioning unit and one just to the left of the back deck. Please allow 10 to 14 days
