Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs within reach from home and inspected termite monitoring stations showing no activity. Carefully avoiding personal items and back patio where dog was I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims of home and detached garage. This will target ants, spiders and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing heavy activity and the interior stations in basement show no activity. I replenished with fresh bait as needed to continue monitoring and controlling population. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
