Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations finding minimal activity in back of storage area. All others showed no activity. The exterior rodent bait station behind AC unit shows minimal activity and the other two showed moderate activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Hornets nest found and removed from attic near window trim. I remove visible cobwebs from home and applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting general pests. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend sealing potential entry points Found today above basement window trim, around attic window trims and on right side of garage. This will help prevent pest entry.
