I removed all visible spider webs around the exterior of the house including around windows and doors. I installed termite monitors that will be checked each quarterly service or as needed. I inspected for termite activity and saw so signs of activity present at this time. I inspected the exterior for any stinging insects and treated and removed a paper wasp nest I treated the exterior with a non repellent liquid residual solution for ants, spiders and other general and seasonal pest activity. I treated the interior perimeter with a non repellent liquid residual solution for ants and all seasonal and occasional pests.
