Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started inside the home where I treated the areas with prior ant history with a liquid solution to stop any future invaders in their tracks. I placed a bait station in the closet next to the front door as well. On the exterior of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs, egg sacs, and wasp nests. I treated the foundation, doorways, deck, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed a rodent bait station behind the air conditioner. I did not find any obvious entryways or signs of rodent activity, so this is strictly preventative. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
