Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. It’s always a pleasure seeing you. I was at your home today to perform your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I removed all spiderwebs and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation,and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also replenished your rodent and mouse bait stations. Your exterior rodent stations evidenced heavy activity. The only one that evidence any activity on the interior was the one in the basement in the sill plate over the sink. That one evidenced heavy activity. I also removed a dead mouse from the crawlspace in the basement. I also sealed a couple of holes at the top of your basement stairs, with copper mesh.I did not notice any other issues today. Please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results. After which, if you notice any issues that require our attention,or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesita
