I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your store and rear apartment at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I installed 2 rodent bait stations in the front apartment behind the kitchen stove and in the access panel in the living room closet. I installed 2 rodent bait stations in the rear apartment with one behind the kitchen stove and one under the kitchen sink. It is recommended to install dehumidification in the store basement and seal openings in the shared walls. This will help prevent pests from entering your building.
