Good afternoon! Today I completed your pest initial inspection. I started my inspection, looking for an entry points throughout the home. There were numerous entry points that I pointed out to your tenant. There was moderate to heavy mouse activity in the kitchen. I also added mouse bait stations in the kitchen area as well as glue boards to control mouse activity. The center of activity seems to be the kitchen area. I inspected the exterior for any entry points. There was none found at this time. I then treated the interior and exterior with a non-repellent liquid solution targeting general pests such as ants, spiders, and cockroaches. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the full results of this treatment. I told the customer you have unlimited service call so please feel free to give us a call at any time if anything pops up.
