Hi, good morning, it was nice seeing you today. Today I completed the premium pest service. I inspected the rodent bait stations in the basement and they showed no signs of activity. The exterior rodent bait stations showed heavy activity, I replaced with fresh bait. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the pool area to target clover mites. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
