Hi, good morning, it was nice seeing you today. I completed the quarterly service. I applied a liquid residual in the basement near the back doorway to target spiders. I inspected the interior rodent bait stations in the garage and the exterior rodent bait station near the HVAC unit and they all showed no signs of activity. I put fresh bait in all the stations. I applied a non-repellent solution to the upper eaves to target wasp activity, and then applied the non-repellent solution around the exterior perimeter to target ants, spiders, and other general pests.
