I inspected the kitchen and found multiple rodent entry points behind the oven, I sealed these entry points with copper mesh. I then place a rodent bait station behind the oven. I also put multiple rodent bait stations in the basement: one in the access panel, one in the storage closet, one behind the wall of the mudroom, and three in the back so played in the unfinished area. I also placed two rodent bait stations in the garage, one on each side of the door. I placed two large rodent bait stations along the exterior: one on the side of the house near the bay window, and the other behind the bush next to the deck. I removed visible cobwebs from the exterior to reduce spider activity. I installed three termite monitors around the perimeter, these will be inspected every quarterly.
