Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. I removed a couple of inactive wasp nests from the light fixture outside. I swept away the spider webs as well. I applied a liquid treatment to the interior of the garage and guest house. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I placed an exterior rodent bait station outside to help prevent rodent activity. I did not treat the exterior perimeter due to rain. I will let the office know to schedule a follow up appointment.
