Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for any evidence of termites and found none. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also placed glue boards throughout the basement and garage to trap spiders and other insects. I used a liquid residual solution in the garage as well for ants and spiders. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I stuffed any gaps I found with copper mesh to prevent rodent entry. I added two large rodent bait stations to the exterior as well to control mouse activity. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Ants were active along the foundation.
