Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I refreshed the bait in the large station in the attic; minimal feeding found at this time. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I checked both exterior rodent bait stations as well. There was light feeding by the deck, and no feeding by the garage. I refilled both stations with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeters of the house and detached garage, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. I also treated and removed two paper wasp nests from the eaves of the house. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call.
