Good morning. My name is Mark Ray. It was a pleasure meeting you today. I was at your home today to perform your initial premium service. After my inspection, I determined to remove all spiderwebs from the exterior of your home and treat the perimeter, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also applied a granular bait around the perimeter of your home in the soiled areas. Additionally, I treated for the carpenter bees, and also removed a wasp nest from your side door. I also installed a large rodent bait station outside of your garage for preventative purposes. We will follow up with service again with you and 30 days. After which we will serve you on a quarterly basis. We ask that in between each quarterly service that please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results.
