Good morning, Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. First, I checked your exterior rodent bait station. It showed heavy signs of activity, so I removed the old bait ,and placed fresh bait into that station, so we can continue monitoring for rodent activity. Finally, I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior foundation and to the exterior trim of your doors and windows, unfortunately, I was unable to treat the back of the home due to the gate being locked, I will put in for a follow up so we can come back out and treat that area of your home. The treatment will prevent pests from entering the home, it is also a non-repellent and may require up to two weeks to be fully effective.
