Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting for termites interior and exterior, but no activity found at this time. I did however add 4 exterior termite monitors to be checked every service. Next, I inspected the garage and basement removing the old bait stations in the garage an added new ones. One is by the fridge and two on either side of the garage. In the basement I removed all old bait stations and replaced them with our own. During my inspection I did not find any new droppings or activity. On the exterior I added two rodent bait stations with one out front and one outback loaded with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsills.
