Good afternoon Zach. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of carpenter ant activity. No live activity found at the time of inspection. We inspected the interior find no structural pest concerns at the time of inspection. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and found some carpenter ant activity in the yard around some trees and old branches. We treated these areas with a granular bait targeting carpenter ants. We also treated the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects. We removed some paper wasp nests from the outside bar structure. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity along with placing termite monitoring devices on the corners of the home.
