Good morning Jim, my name is Ryan and it was good to meet you! Today I completed your quarterly pest service I’m by first knocking down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages. I then checked the two bait stations in the garage that both showed no activity at this time. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait stations that all showed heavy feeding, but I did replenish each with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation, under the deck and windowsills.
