It was great to speak with you today before I get started with your quarterly inspection/service. During my inspection on the home, I did take notice to some clover, cobweb, and minimal activity on rodent bait stations. Today I serviced all these areas of concern, please allow about 10 to 14 days to see the full residual effect. The liquid residual exterior application that was done may start up a little activity, which is normal and I would give that same amount of time. No major issues to report however, I do recommend rinsing down your vinyl chairs outback for it’s not recommended to treat furniture with pesticides. I did do some granular insect control around the exterior of the back patio And treated the bottom legs of the vinyl to help control this activity from rising up to the surface areas.
